Absolute scam (March 2026)– charged $99 for "assessment" but didn't even open my laptop I took my laptop because it wouldn’t turn on after a drop. I paid a $99 assessment fee, which I was fine with. They called back saying it was a "mainboard issue" and needed expensive repair. I agreed to go ahead. Three days later I called for an update, and suddenly they said they couldn't fix it and I should collect my laptop. I took it back. The same day, I walked into another repair shop in Auburn.
