I have been a long time patient of Dr. Prado for decades. I feel sad having to share my current feelings. Dr. Prado and his associates at one time were top notch with their customer service and treatment. My wife and I were always pleased with our visits. Over the years we noticed the customer service slipping to the point where it seems non existent. If you have a regular scheduled routine exam then all is well.
