If i could give them less stars I would. I booked them for my wedding day - to which started at 5pm, they called me at 4:45 ( the last set arrival time for guests) to say they wouldn't be to the hotel til 5:15. Needless to say all my guests found rides or ubers - as we only had the venue for the ceremony for 30 min. Not great but honestly didnt cause that much stress. Drivers of the Encore Shuttle are poisoning the passengers. They allow the buses to idle, while simultaneously leaving the back door open. As a result, the cabin fills with exhaust fumes. I've been very sick for two days now. I went to my doctor, and she said that my symptoms are consistent with carbon monoxide exposure. I am devastated, and can only hope that my lungs are not permanently damaged, and my tissue is okay. I will be getting further testing in the coming weeks. Took a bad spill on the #714. Black ice. Urban, my bus driver, stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. He even checked on me via phone while I was there. I can't say enough about him. He is thoughtful and kind to ever person that takes our bus. You are lucky to have him!
