Super great experience
Driver had no idea what he was doing. Midtown Manhattan to NJ. We told him to take the tunnel, he said "buses can't go in the tunnel but the bridge is the same amount of time". Head north on the expressway up to 96th, then he exits and starts heading south. Ask him if we are taking the tunnel and still says no... long story short we are 90 minutes into a 30 minute drive and back down at 42nd literally a mile from where we started.
Great growing company, with good employees.
Always late, and miss communication between drivers and company. No commitment and responsibility with clients
