I have banked with the DPS for many years. I have, in the last few years, become very disappointed with their customer service. Yes, it used to be nice 10 to 15 years ago. Now, we don't even know who we're communicating with because no one signs their names to their emails. Wonder why that is? There have been many times over the years I've needed small loans and it was never a problem. Now, it's totally different. We don't know who we are even communicating with...whoever the "loan officer" is, is gone almost all of the time... read more
