DPD don’t give drivers enough time to complete their routes - forcing drivers to say that they can’t make a delivery. Then DPD send an automated message to customers suggested that there was an attempted delivery if they aren’t home. This is DPD trying to push blame onto the drivers when it isn’t their fault
Terrible!! Same as everyone else in these reviews….says they tried to deliver but hasn’t come near my house for the last 2 days I’ve been waiting, they give a time both days and nothing. Called the depot in Wicklow and they don’t give a shit. Going to pick it up from the depot tomorrow because dpd can’t seem to do their jobs!!
Driver Stephen didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel, now I have an hour drive ahead of me to the DPD depot to collect my parcel, why did I even pay shipping? Not that hard of a job just leave the parcel outside like...
If I could give 0 stars I would. They said they tired to deliver the parcel to my home twice but I was not there - I was there! I was at home waiting for them the whole time. For two days they played this game. The reality was they never came to my home. On the third day they said they left the parcel with a neighbour. When I checked the "neighbours" signature it did not match any of my neighbours.
