We send parcels regularly to family in the UK. Pick up is from a local store. On multiple occasions, we have dropped the parcel to the store, and then it's left sitting there 5 or 6 days. DPD blaming the store and the store blaming the driver. No one accepting responsibility, and yet we've paid for a parcel to be delivered, being told delivery in 2-3 working days. Today, I have a parcel still sitting in the store since Sunday evening (4 days). Again, no one accepting responsibility.
