The worst courier company. The courier arrived when no one was home. I changed the delivery date and waited all day at home and no one was there. The next day the courier arrived when no one was home. He did not pick up the parcel.They don't answer the phone and customer service is obviously bot. I will never recommend anyone
I Don't know what way they're running it in Depot 22 Kerry, but they must actually be slow in the head. Management confirming delivery times for the day, on behalf of a driver - like when you get the text it'll be delivered between 2 and 3pm - where in most cases the volume is not achievable by the driver. The kicker then is when the driver can't actually deliver, the only message they can add to tracking is 'Attempted delivery but nobody was home'. Absolutely terrible experience with Dpd , like always ! I still don’t understand why the company’s working with Dpd as all the time they are late or throwing the parcels everywhere but not on the delivery’s adress. Paid for fast delivery , I didn’t got it on the day when I was supposed to get it but now even on the next day, is 5 pm and of course nobody answers on the phone all day ! Wake up!!!! You are paid for a service and your service really sucks !!
Absolutely terrible experience with DPD Depot 22. I received a message saying my parcel would be delivered between 4pm and 5pm, so I stayed home waiting for the courier. Later I got another message saying the parcel was returned to the depot because “nobody was home” — which was completely false. I changed the delivery date for the next day, but the parcel still wasn’t delivered for another 2 days. It was impossible to contact Depot 22 directly — nobody answered the phone.
