1) Terrible service - an SMS about delivery, which was supposed to be today between 9 and 10 a.m., arrived on my phone at 10:12 a.m. 2) The person delivering the parcel simply left it under the building - someone could have taken it or the parcel could have been damaged (because it was on the windowsill and there was glass inside). 3) The person who delivered it signed for me, which is illegal and entails liability.
