There is no worse feeling that ordering something you really want or need only to see the dreaded words “Delivery by DPD” I’ve had two days of their “Delivery Attempted” nonsense. It’s like they don’t realise that people work from home and have doorbell cameras so know that they are lying. Painful and I would honestly avoid buying products if I knew they would be involved in the delivery.
One of the worst couriers and customer support services that I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m Cuban Spanish and I’ve even lived in China for a while so believe me when I say I’ve travelled a bit and I’ve purchased several times online and gotten many deliveries all around the globe and I’ve never suffered so much with a courier as with Dpd Ireland I don’t know what is it, but they just never have access to my building they only give you 1 hour delivery window to drop the parcel at your home address, then the out of home... read more
