Constant let downs on “next day delivery” saying no one was home even though being house bound. Sometimes it’s no excuse at all just held at the depot. When calling office for any information there is no apology or reason just a disgruntled employee who probably gets it in ear all day from the many disgruntled customers calling all day because this company has turned into a complete and other mess being managed by incompetent numpties who don't see the need on the ground or care that their once decent reputation has slide in... read more
Management is inadequate. And blame like children without taking responsibility and causing hell for the employee drivers

Delivered my parcel to the wrong address! I called and never got a call back it was lucky the parcel was delivered to an honest person who delivered it to my address! Disappointing from DPD
