Mr Pini is constantly involved in litigation with his tenants, business associates, and code enforcement officials in virtually every locale in which he does business. In 2016, 11 of Mr. Pini's properties were cited for over three thousand code violations by the City of Santa Barbara Code Enforcement Dept.
DP Investments was cited for more than 3000 code violations found in just 11 of its properties in 2016. Not a reputable company. Best to be said about them is that they never fail to disappoint.
