David was amazing in getting my son and I over the line with a home loan that was non conventional and slightly complex. He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to find us the ideal loan solution. Both David and Matthew were very easy to deal with, were transparent the entire time and just made the process easy. Highly recommend. Will use again.

I have just bought a house, and David & team have helped us with the finance. It’s my first mortgage in Australia, so we were flying blind. The DPF team were super helpful at taking us through the whole process, even though we are not physically located near them on the Gold Coast. They explained what was happening at each point, and gave context to what was being asked of us. I’m very glad I didn’t navigate that process unassisted.
