What do you donsider to be a normal amount of time waiting for help?: Been chasing them since FEBRUARY = 3 MONTHS and Ithey keep putting me off till the next week, meanwhile my situation is getting worse. I need a better company that will actuallly do something reather than feed me BS. i no longer have any faith and i feel LIED TO and kept hanging just so that i would not go their competitor.
