The worst. Their lack of service and lying cost me 3500$. They accidentally put an amount owed to me by the CRA as a debt. Since I wasn't advised to postpone my bankruptcy period by ONE week I now have to forfeit my CRA tax return to them. When I first received the tax return they said I could keep it, then ignored me for months, then said I had to forfeit it. This mistake cost me 3500 that I should have been able to keep.
