Brought in my 2020 Trek Dual Sport 4 to get a new lockout lever, and I entered such an exciting shop. I ended up getting a light, and a rack for that bike, as well as a brand new Marin Hardtail Mountain Bike which is actually my first one! Sam and Paige are very enthusiastic about everything bikes and we're super helpful. So happy with my bikes!!
Excellent service and incredibly responsive. Called and order a new wheel set, Sam started a text thread and kept me up to date on delivery and availability for a swap out. Great follow up, after service text to see how things were going
I lost my “on mountain” shop but have been happy to find DownValley. They’ve been on time with repairs and helpful in every way passible!
