Shona is a fantastic RMT. I have issues with my shoulders and tennis elbow from work, and she skillfully identified and addressed the problem areas, providing a great massage. She knows precisely how to relieve knots and applies the exact amount of pressure to alleviate my stiff shoulders and tennis elbow. The massage room is spacious and comfortable. I always feel relaxed during the massage and significantly improved afterward. I would highly recommend Shona.
