For a transit center it isn't bad . Definitely seen way way worse
Very helpful staff. A staff member actually helped me connect my debit card to the transportation app, so I can pay with my phone and not fumble with cash anymore. Compared to the bus depots in Chicagoland area, Springfield is top notch.
If you have to take a bus this is the way to go drivers will help you get to your destination...
