Poor customer service & bad attitudes
I am thoroughly disappointed and appalled by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by your front desk staff. I called with a simple, routine request: to have a prescription faxed and later corrected. Instead of receiving the courteous, efficient service that every patient is entitled to, I was repeatedly interrupted, dismissed, and hung up on not once, but twice.
