I am thoroughly disappointed and appalled by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by your front desk staff. I called with a simple, routine request: to have a prescription faxed and later corrected. Instead of receiving the courteous, efficient service that every patient is entitled to, I was repeatedly interrupted, dismissed, and hung up on not once, but twice. I called this place for a patient to get rx faxed and the person who answered the phone sounded so rude and was cutting me off everytime I spoke. They didn’t even greet or let me know what their name is. And literally hung up in my face without saying have a good one or goodbye. The lady answering the phone is very rude and disrespectful and doesn’t need to be answering the phone.

Owner keeps making excuses, and seems to be a rather odd individual; likely this place needs someone to file every complaint in the book against them. People need their glasses, and i grow tired of repeated trips. At least 8 trips, no satisfactory glasses. I'll gladly remove this review if someone does the honorable thing, and keeps their word. 3 times is just too many attempts to make 1 pair of glasses w progressive lenses.
