Update: One star because the screen now does not work at all. Previous Post: Two stars simply because the owner did try to help me. But otherwise, one star for the screen repair. The first they ordered cracked while they were putting it on the phone. The second screen was delayed via shipping and I would have been out a phone for over a week.
