RecommendedBoth Dr. Luplow and Linnea, the optician who assisted me, explained all the processes during my appointment so kindly and thoroughly. As someone who wants to know how things work, this was highly appreciated and has not been my experience at previous offices. When picking out new frames, Linnea (and others that were working) offered advice and so many options. It was clear they genuinely wanted me to feel great in and love my new glasses! Success.
They are very friendly and passionate about eyes. Their friendliness and respect are genuine and it was a delight being around them. They are professional and well educated. They have great equipment, very modern and up to date. It is refreshing to see someone in the medical field who upkeeps their knowledge.
I’m from out of town, and the staff was a huge help when I was in a tough spot with my contacts! They couldn’t have been nicer! If I lived here, I would definitely go to this practice for my eye care!
