I rented a U-Haul from this place and returned it 3 hours later n it was right before they closed so the owner tried to rush things and didn't end my contract as I requested yet added a stranger to my accnt without my consent and let said stranger take rental under my name and the rental has not been seen since I attempted to return it
This is LITERALLY THE WORST! You go to here to get a U-Haul truck they hold $100 and tell you that it will take no more than 24 hours but That's B.S. it can take up to 30 days!
We loved our experience here renting a U-Haul for our move to Canton. Quick and on the ball, they had everything we needed. Trucks were great and the service even better. Thank you for making our move easier.
