Even though they are almost always a couple minutes behind it is a great way to get around Fort Smith. Most of the drivers are awesome and super friendly. The only issue I've had was 2 drivers not letting my service dogs on. When I called the office they sent someone to pick us up and take us where we needed to be. Thank you transit office.
The gentleman who runs the phone information was such a delight. Thank you for your help.
After the months of getting the new busses and changing the routes the busses are back on time mostly and have been better. Had to edit after awhile now to get a bus be sure to be standing in the road or they'll just blow past you.
