Amazing staff
Great bike shop in Downtown Hamilton. I’ve used Bike Hounds for repairs and for small parts and they’re always friendly. As someone who doesn’t know much about bikes (despite riding one), I appreciate their transparency on prices and I never feel like I’m being upsold. Their service is typically quick with good hours.

Amazing staff. Had an issue with my gears, thought my bike was going to be out of commission for a couple of days but they fixed it right away and, without judgement, explained how I could avoid the issue going forward. Their prices are fair and the experience was painless. Highly recommend!
