Was able to test ride e bike with instruction, purchase the bike, helmet and bike carrier all in one visit. Josh was awesome to work with and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.
As a first-time customer, I was impressed with the ability to fit me in last minute, based on a simple fix the technician saw. Also, the pricing felt reasonable, and there was no attempting to up-sell me on additional services.
I am an avid biker but my bikes have been in storage and each has some repair issues. I have been walking in Northfield thinking about getting my bikes going so I would be more mobile.
