Tom, and all of his staff are first class people and awesome bike mechanics. Recently, I stopped in to have my back breaks fixed and they corrected it on the spot. Last year, I brought my MTB in for them to go over before and adventure race. Adventure races are punishing events for bikes. Not only did they have my bike in peak condition, they created me a bike kit with spare brake cable, chain link, tube, tube repair kit, and pump. Tom and crew are great. We just purchased our second round of bikes from Tom. Tom is a great community member and he really works to understand your needs before he recommends particular products.
Friendly staff, great service. Too many bike shops either have snobby mechanics or under qualified ones. These guys know there stuff and make you feel welcome.
