Wow, how do I start? This bike shop is always been my go to for anything mountain bike, triathlon, road bike work or purchases. My triathlon bike Kestrel 5000 had a crack in the stem and they spent weeks tracking down a fix and ended up replacing the frame at no cost: This company spent hours and hours to help me fix my bike which I need for Iron Man, Florida in two weeks. Amazing family-owned business. Excellent customer service and super knowledgeable about all types of bikes. A real gem right in Summerfield NC. I purchased a GT Grade gravel bike and totally love it! They will make sure you get the right bike for you.
I came in with a bike that wasn’t really for me and they got me straightened out with the bike most capable for my abilities and my size. The customer service is a 15 out of 10. The whole store is a 15 out of 10 this is an amazing shop with amazing people
I'm so glad I came to this place! Such a great experience and awesome customer service! Robert and his mom took the time to help me find the best bike for my budget and allowed me to test drive and used their expertise to find my bike size! I would 1000% recommend this place to friends, family and to whoever is looking for a bicycle!
