Recently brought my JVC projector to Downtown Audio Video due to constant flickering. I knew it wasn't a lamp issue and suspected the ballast. Danny very quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed that a ballast replacement was necessary. He replaced the ballast within 48 hours of dropoff, and then shipped my repaired projector back to me, as I live 4 hours away. Projector now works properly again.
