AVOID AVOID AVOID - I would be giving these people a -100000, absolutely diabolical Customer Service received a broken mirror with a hook completely hanging off, and refused to replace it, they wanted me to fix it with glue, when I’ve explained I’ve just had a C-section and don’t feel comfortable fixing a heavy mirror with glue when it’s going onto the wall and have children around. Easy to order. Packed professionally , I doubt an earthquake would damage the contents! It’s reassuring when such care has been taken to keep your purchase in A1 Condition.
