Very professional clinic with a highly capable and friendly team. I received physiotherapy treatment from Stefano Marcella, and he was excellent throughout the process. His expertise, professionalism, and care made a real difference in my recovery. I would highly recommend Stefano to anyone seeking physiotherapy services, as well as the clinic as a whole.
All of the staff at CBI Health are fantastic. Starting with Erica at the front desk, who welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. Stefano is amazing at explaining every part of his sessions. He took the time to walk me through the assessment and each appointment, which really helped put me at ease the entire time. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at CBI Health was so positive that I truly felt I needed to share it. Highly recommend!
When I walk into CBI Health (Keele Street location), I always notice how hard the entire team works and how seamlessly they support one another. Everyone there genuinely cares about their patients, and it shows in their work ethic, their communication, and the atmosphere they create.
