Our family used Downsizing Diva in the month of March, on a scale of 1-10, Amanda gets a 15. She is professional, highly efficient. 100 % trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Downsizing Diva.
Do not trust the divas or do business with them. I won an auction but I believe the divas misrepresented their listing. I phoned customer service to double check that I could refuse the item upon inspection and the answer was yes. The website terms also stated I could. I arrived and didn't like what I saw. I tried to refuse but the head diva used high pressure sales tactics, guilt tripping, yelling, condescension, etc to try to force me to accept something that wasn't right. I have unpacked my last box since December and are missing quite a bit ! I would not recommend the Durham one as she was in and out a little packing here and there. Miss a lamp miss all my things from the closet from the basement room, one was a special remembrance giving to me from a very good friend and was never opened a puzzle from the Queen and King of the. This amazing and caring company assisted in my Mom's move to a new seniors residence in Bolton. My Mom met with Maria and was very happy knowing that she did not have to stress with the move. Just knowing that she did not have to pack or unpack and place which can be too much for them! Downsizing Divas takes the stress and worry from our seniors .
