I'm so disappointed that you cannot check the automated system for your balance cuz it's down and on the weekends I have to pay attention to my balance but this is ridiculous automated system is so messed up it has not been working in a while all the workers are really nice and we gave one because the automated system some people that are computer literate that can't do the Downriver app online to check your balance when you're on your senior years I don't do that I'm computer illiterate when it comes to doing the apps and s... read more
