We absolutely love KinderCare! Our daughter is in the infant room, and from day one we’ve felt so confident leaving her in their care. The communication, daily updates, and sweet pictures mean so much to us, and we can tell how much the staff truly cares for her. I have a just-turned-2 year old who has been attending the Kindercare in Downingtown since he was four months old. His teachers have been without exception caring, supportive, engaged and interested in/communicative about his well-being and development. He is always excited to pull into the parking lot, immediately chanting "Savannah-and-Val! Savannah-and-Val!" (his teacher's names). And he loves Ms. Carol's cooking for breakfast and lunch!

I would not recommend this place at all. My niece that’s 1 and a half always came home every week biten, scratched, scraped. This was constaly an everyday thing. This last week, she came home with a bruise on her nose and all they said was that the shelf fell on her. How it’s that possible? This showed us how they lack attention to the children. They make you just sign a paper and don’t take care of our worries. We took her out of this kindercare due to the lack of attention. I would not recommend this place at all.

The directors Melanie and Corrine are amazing, and all the teachers and staff here are top notch. They are qualified, kind, and amazing. We have both of our children enrolled here and highly recommend
