I recently had assistance with a real estate transaction with Mr. Timpano and his clerk Melissa. From my first communication, to my appointment and completion of the transaction everything was handled promptly, professionally and with grace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or have them assist me with future transactions.
Horrifically bad law firm. In particular Sheri Toronosky. She did my late father's will and made an absolute mess of it. Didn't bother advising my father that it would not be wise to put my mentally ill sister out out of her family home by putting it up for sale. Sister later attempted suicide and now has permanent brain damage from that. I'm still in shock months later.
Had a wonderful experience with the entire staff all around. Highly recommended group of individuals. Tim, and Melissa perform miracles getting my purchase agreement done promptly. Looking forward to speaking with the other parts of the team for my next legalities. Well done team!
