I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this company (previously Downey Auto Direct). Sieanna was FANTASTIC. She responded so all and every question I had...guided me through the process and was patient while my insurance claims etc. we're processed. Shane is a no B.S. kind of guy and gets you where you need to be! They are not sleezy car salesman type of company and have your best interest in mind! I HIGHLY recommend them and am sure I will see them again in the future. Until then I am in love with my 2017 Escape :)
