When we walked into the building lobby, there was a person behind the counter who did not address us and did not help us. We went to the elevators and none of the elevators were working and we couldn't figure out the reason why. When we went back to the desk he made a funny comment and chuckled that he is in control of the elevators from his cell phone (snarky) and then he asked us who we were there to see.
