I called Downeast with a question. The only thing I got in return was a flat, "No" and then a dial tone. Great customer service, I must say.
I switched to Downeast for our chains a year ago and have never been happier---great customer service and they let you know right away if they have the item in stock at the amount you need. Unlike other places that send part of your order and then backorder the rest! We cant have that as our customers need what they need right now! Super fast shipping and attention to every detail. Also some of the best pricing in the industry. This is a great company to do business with!!
