Very polite and helpful. Never had a bad experience with the folks there. The app is good too. If I had one complaint it would be that the hours aren't great, but that seems to be universal with banks. It helps that they have a 24 hour ATM with no fee for members, and you have to have a membership card to get in the front door to the ATM outside of business hours so it feels safer.
I've been with them for about 15 years can't say enough good things about them. Very accommodating, professional, shared banking great with other credit unions along with there they treat there member excellent when comes to loans, investments. Thanks down east especially unity branch
