Poor communication, slow, poor grammar, and bad loan products. Would not recommend.
I'm currently overseas, and was finally able to get a phone, to call down east credit union, to make my final car payment. Beverly was SUPER helpful and nice over the phone. she emailed me a receipt, made sure everything was sent over to me. She helped put my mind at ease and it was a really positive experience! Thank you so much for you help!
Just joined today, the process was very easy and all the tellers were super helpful and nice.
Love the bank itself, but the loan department is lacking. Began the mortgage process a year ago. The loan officer gave me a few items to work on and then I never heard from her again. I’ve tried calling, emailing, etc many times over the last year and get no response. Same thing happened with a personal loan I applied for. I’ve used the bank for 6 years so it’s sad that I now need to transfer elsewhere to work on getting a mortgage.
Very inconvenient they aren't open on the weekends
