10/10 experience and i've used them two times. Stacey, their admin (the brain of the biz) did a great job helping me with my TV selection + getting a great appt set so we had it before the holidays. Pricing is very fair, quality of work is high, they are one of the few in Maine you can trust!
Downeast Audio Video saves the day! I contacted Downeast Audio when I needed to replace my 20 year old in-wall speakers and subwoofer. Their communication was prompt and they quickly found replacements for me. I was going to have to drive an hour to pick up the items at their store but Downeast offered to deliver the items to my house if they were working in the area. Couldn’t have had a better experience in every way. The workers were great, both professional and friendly and we couldn’t be happier with the product at the end. Did everything they promised when they said they would and actually finished the job for less than the estimate. Highly recommend them.
I spoke with Tanner over the phone about getting a quote and updating a stereo system in my home. He did give me some options and asked me for me email so he could send me some products to look over and see the pricing. Tanner never reached back out or emailed me. It’s a shame, I heard good things about the company but I didn’t not have a good experience.
