Ordered and received a beautifully well made pillow that unfortunately was softer than I like. When I reached out to start a return I received quick response saying that I would be credited the amount, have shipping waived-which would have been expensive since I’m in the U.S.- and to keep the pillow in a gesture of good will. Easy transactions, amazing customer service and a high quality product!
These guys are great. I sent a question to them and had a positive friendly response in less than an hour. Fantastic! I would definately order from them again. Very professional and timely!
Do not buy from here. I purchased a duvet cover less than 3 years ago and the padding has already worn out. I never washed it and followed care instructions. I just tried connecting with someone to assist over chat and they were extremely rude and ended the chat after saying there’s only a 1 year warranty. Clearly your products aren’t made to last if you only warranty for a year..also terrible customer service.
This pillow is simply the best. I typically sleep on my back but occasionally roll to my stomach. It is hard to find a pillow to accommodate both positions. I can confidently say the white goose down pillow with gusset is it!
