I recently purchased a California King Goose Down Duvet. All season weight. Sara was super helpful in answering my questions. The price was very reasonable and delivery within a week. I am having a custom cover made so I haven't actually used it yet but the weight seems perfect for people who are hot at night with cracking the window open for fresh air. I particularly like the corner flaps for affixing the cover to the duvet so it doesn't move around.
I worked at the Mississauga location for a few months about 11 years ago! I have to say, I loved working there!! I am now wanting to go to them and get a beautiful down high loft insert. Probably pillows, all bedding I need. Unfortunately I will have to pay full price now..but this store is high end and definitely the place you want to go to for your bedding! High quality and their jasper downs are awesome and will last atleast 25 yrs! I highly recommend this place! Also the staff are all very well educated in bedding.
Ordered and received a beautifully well made pillow that unfortunately was softer than I like. When I reached out to start a return I received quick response saying that I would be credited the amount, have shipping waived-which would have been expensive since I’m in the U.S.- and to keep the pillow in a gesture of good will. Easy transactions, amazing customer service and a high quality product!
These guys are great. I sent a question to them and had a positive friendly response in less than an hour. Fantastic! I would definately order from them again. Very professional and timely!
Do not buy from here. I purchased a duvet cover less than 3 years ago and the padding has already worn out. I never washed it and followed care instructions. I just tried connecting with someone to assist over chat and they were extremely rude and ended the chat after saying there’s only a 1 year warranty. Clearly your products aren’t made to last if you only warranty for a year..also terrible customer service.
