Great company. Excellent service. They produce some really cool things. Highly recommend.
I purchased the cooler mounting system. Product arrived quickly but was missing parts. Emailed DTF on a Friday and they said they would ship it out on Monday. I wait I’ll till the next Friday and had nothing from them. I then had to emailed them multiple times a day to get a response but they didn’t follow through. DTF kept saying it was sent out but did not provide me with tracking information. After many many emails and waiting for 2 weeks I finally receive the missing parts. Ordered cooler mounts for my rzr. I wanted raw as I was going to paint them for now and powder coat them to match my cage later on. They sent black powder coated ones. On the packaging they even hand wrote raw and still sent the wrong ones. I still gave 5 stars as they technically sent me the upgrade for no extra charge and it's still a nice product.
Received the wrong cooler hold downs twice. Now no one answers or returns calls.
Great product, great website. Easy to order.
