My wife needed new tires on her bike...we were from out of town and they set aside what they were doing and had our replacement tires on within the hour. That is amazing customer service and the owner was very kind and helpful. Thanks again.
Incredible. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt this experience deserved one. Bike broke down on the rail trail, the folks at Down to Earth stayed open late to fix me up! Cherry on top, they were friendly and kind the whole time. GO HERE PEOPLE.
Lovely people who run the shop. The Bike Mechanic went out of his way at the end of the day to fix my touring bike when I arrived at the shop a few minutes before closing.
