This shop is amazing. So much selection for your outdoors needs from bikes to boots
I was heading to ride the VRT from Fenelon Falls to Kinmount, when unloading my bike, I realized I had forgotten a pivital part of my bike!!! I couldn't ride! I was now 1:45 min away from my home. No bike shops close or even open, as it was 8:30am. My fantastic friends did not bail on me and found Down to Earth! Thank god we did as they got me setup with what i needed to do the ride! Thanks so much! Amazing customer service!
My wife needed new tires on her bike...we were from out of town and they set aside what they were doing and had our replacement tires on within the hour. That is amazing customer service and the owner was very kind and helpful. Thanks again.
Incredible. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt this experience deserved one. Bike broke down on the rail trail, the folks at Down to Earth stayed open late to fix me up! Cherry on top, they were friendly and kind the whole time. GO HERE PEOPLE.
