It’s rare for me to leave a review—whether positive or negative. I either have an experience that’s so great it blows me away and I feel super compelled. Or I find a situation that just went poorly from start to finish. My my experience with Down River Equipment has compelled me to speak up. I ordered a Canyon cooler from them because it was listed on sale. At checkout, I was informed the item would ship (not deliver) within 1–2 days and that an oversized shipping fee of $90 would apply.
