I have been working with these guys for over 20 years now. I just got a new set of Oars from them and noticed a manufacturer’s defect. I reached out to Zach and he sent me a email within 3 minutes and had me attach the pictures. Amazing raft supply store! I always spend more than I should when I'm there.
