First time coming to this place, customer service is absolutely horrible. Beware the old lady as we wanted to look at cameras behind a locked cabinet, when the lady came to help she seemed very annoyed and wanted to get away from us as soon as possible. We asked to take a look at one of the cameras, which she handed to us then locked the cabinet and ran away. I’d give zero stars if it was an option. The rudest staff. Empty store.. should Probably be kind to your patrons and you might make a sale!
Went in to find something for a project, was really looking forward to speaking with staff about certain objects. The owner was very rude and had horrible customer service skills, felt like I could not ask her anything. And to the friend that was probably asked to write a review saying it was customers fault for rudeness - no 😂 I’ve been working customer service for 6 years and this is not how you run a business. Go to Dirty Jane’s instead.
