I have been having an issue with my fingernails. They told me what they thought the problem was, took a sample, and a few weeks later I received a letter in the mail saying the test results were negative, with no follow up instructions. I have called them about this and have yet to hear back.
Dr.Sykes seemed very annoyed --for some reason-- to even find me in one of his exam rooms. I have never been treated like this before (I'm 75) by any doctor or nurse ! He was abrupt and of no help whatsoever. Nor was it just me, either. My wife was present as well, and later remarked how upset and dismayed she was by the way I was treated.
Nicest experience in a doctor's office in a long time! From the professional, attentive staff who heard my concerns & responded appropriately to the physician who was thorough & took time to address my concerns, I highly recommend them.
Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.
