This place was amazing. I came in feeling a little bit off center, and by the time I left, I felt at peace and equanimous. Elle was so helpful with local recommendations as well. I'll be back!
I received my 200 hour yoga certification through Down Dog and loved the program. Elle and Everett were supportive and knowledgeable through my program and subsequent classes. The curriculum was comprehensive and the addition of Elle’s training in Ayurveda was extremely interesting and interactive. Whether interested in teaching or deepening your own yoga journey, I highly recommend Down Dog Sedona to earn a certification.

I had the most magical experience at Down Dog Sedona. I did sound healing with Everette and Reiki with Elle, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. Everette’s sound healing session was super powerful and deeply calming. His presence made me feel safe and supported.
