Our office has been trying to reach out for a response since Jan. It is now March. I called today (3/6/26) and Elaine herself finally answered. I asked to see if our customer had obtained her services and she said "Not only has she obtained me, but you've been notified." and hung up on me. She will ghost you after getting paid. She was always nice and seemed to know her profession but ghosted us. She told us she would send us the paperwork to sign off on by mail by the end of the week. When we did not receive it, we called multiple times, emailed multiple times, until we could not wait any longer and had to get another lawyer & we truly didn’t have extra $$$$ to file the bankruptcy.
