I have used Dower & Associates for a few years, but my experience this year (2026) has been terrible. As a result, I do NOT recommend their services. I have had to call their office repeatedly for follow-ups, yet they never return voicemails or call back as their receptionist promises. A single 1099 held up my tax return, and I only learned about it when I called. I also had to call to request my bill, which prevented my return from being filed on time. I had an in person meeting with this group on February 5th, and we agreed they would handle my tax preparation. Since that initial meeting, I have received zero communication. I have reached out for an update but have received no response. It is very disappointing to be ignored during such a time-sensitive season. I would not recommend their services if you are looking for reliability.

We couldn’t be happier with the tax service here. We Truly value the expertise Brad Dower CPA has to offer. Best outfit ever. Very organized and accurate in their tax preparation services for us

I scheduled an appointment with this CPA firm two weeks ago. After waiting, I was told my case would be passed to a less experienced CPA, which I accepted. However, shortly after, I received a call that my appointment was canceled altogether. This was very disappointing and left me feeling that my time and needs were not respected. Reliability and follow-through are important qualities in a CPA, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that
