I had an in person meeting with this group on February 5th, and we agreed they would handle my tax preparation. Since that initial meeting, I have received zero communication. I have reached out for an update but have received no response. It is very disappointing to be ignored during such a time-sensitive season. I would not recommend their services if you are looking for reliability.

I scheduled an appointment with this CPA firm two weeks ago. After waiting, I was told my case would be passed to a less experienced CPA, which I accepted. However, shortly after, I received a call that my appointment was canceled altogether. This was very disappointing and left me feeling that my time and needs were not respected. Reliability and follow-through are important qualities in a CPA, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that
