Horrible service, I spent $225 on March for his service and apparently my taxes was never done, since i never got my money from IRS I finally hired someone else now in December to check what's happening since Dowd & Associates never answer phone calls or emails now I have to spend extra to pay someone else to get it done AGAIN and I'm not the only one my friend is going thru the same problemas well..great job Bill I hope you enjoyed spending my hard working money in key west. You should at least zelle me back my money
