I recently purchased a pair of dress Dansko's at Dow's. I was amazed by the friendliness and helpfulness as soon as I walked in the door. The gentleman that waited on me guessed my correct shoe size immediately (I never even saw him look at my feet!). He knew what I needed and got me into the perfect shoe in less than 10 minutes. I had questions...he had answers...no matter how many questions I asked. Dow Shoe Store sells quality shoes with a vast variety and super service. I will be going back very soon!!!
We are a family with challenging feet. We are also a family with great looking, comfortable, durable shoes....Thanks to Bruce at Dow shoes ! The prices compete well with any other place (even online) but, the customer service cannot be beat...anywhere.
